Animal alphabet...

It was another busy knitting group on Thursday night, with the usual stuff going on, including the consumption of cider and the sharing of a few tips and ideas....we also started our IKL Polaroid photo gallery which you can see adorning the walls of the shop very soon. You can be included too, all you need to do is come to one of our knit nights! Welcome back to Jon, too, who we haven't seen in a while, so busy is he with making more of gorgeous Easy Knits yarn. At the end of the night we all tried to work out the conundrum emblazoned on Justine's chest:

Leave your answers here! We're stuck on X, and N...?

{EDIT}...and for bonus points...which one is the odd one out, and why?

I'm thinking X is a swordfish, which (after some research) makes sense as apparently - according to Wikipedia - it's real name is "Xiphias Gladius". The other one? No idea... :)

Is 'N' a narwhal? They (I think) are possibly responsible for the myth of unicorns, as they have a similar horn/tusk type thing coming out of their head. No idea on 'x' though.

Well, N is a narwhal, a type of whale (I think!) X though, stumped, sorry!

N is a narwhal and as x looks like a giant ray, well it must be an x-ray! (Groan)

The odd one out is the Unicorn because it is not a living animal, it is a mythical creature. As for N and X... Narwhal and Xiphias Gladius aka swordfish are, I believe, what is on the T'shirt. Where can I get this great T'shirt? Is it for sale anywhere? So cool!
